Hi guys Mercedes B1700 -2009 We repaired the common fault that these automatic gearbox control units get. So the same unit is in the car today. BUT after programmed and ready, the car now shows a total NEW faultcode P0610. This code wasnt there before ! Has the company that programmed the gearbox control unit made something wrong?? Please help, many thanks.

I had the same issue, so many garages won't touch ecu as they don't have the knowledge, Mercedes repair centre would have cost me more than 1k to get it fixed on the w169 which is not worth the cost based on car value, this garage got it done more than half the cost and very quickly, he knew what to do and how to get up and running so quickly.

Terry at Hounslow Motors repaired my Honda Jazz clutch actuator (ishift P0810 fault code, dreaded cogwheel dashboard symbol) and returned the car to me within 24hours, truly amazing service for which I am most grateful as it saved me from having to scrap the car at 116k miles. Mr Terry is also a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Terry

I was giving up hope with our Honda Jazz iShift, which intermittently would not select gear (dreaded cogwheel error symbol, at 116k miles). Honda authorized dealer quoted £2900 and called it a write-off. I almost caved in and bought a new car. I found Mr Terry's name on an old Jazz forum and gave him a call. He diagnosed a faulty clutch actuator (P0810 error code), removed, rebuilt and repaired the actuator, refitted it, refilled the fluid and reprogrammed the unit within 24hours! It is now running perfectly again, for £650, a fraction of the Honda quote. Terry also was able to tell me that the clutch has about 40% of its life remaining, so I can hopefully look forward to another 30-40k miles before I need to think again about replacing the vehicle. Thank you Terry you are a genius!

I had the same issue with my Honda Jazz and took it to Terry. I have had a great experience with Terry, I called his number during the Christmas and New Year bank holidays, and he could diagnose the issue straight away on the phone, even recommended what to do to get it to start again so I could drive it down to his garage. He fixed the job in just a couple hours, on New Year’s Day! Very experience and professional. He also kindly helped fix my head light and wiper at the same time. Highly recommend, great service.

This is one of the only garages that i found would fix my abs issue. Great honest guy and managed to get the problem fixed same day. If anyone has any problems similar to this go to this man.

Hi Mr Terry I've got issues in my A160 ECU transmission unit , engine MIL on BAS/ESP light on,not shifting gears not displaying an D on the dash where it normaly displays D or N or P. The scanner gives error code P0600 serial communication link .I think the system is in the save mode because it is possible to drive in second gear and use reverse gear. thanks

Within a few hours of watching this video I was at Terry's garage in Hounslow getting the CVT on my Mercedes A Class W169 rebuilt. It only took a walk round the shops while I waited and drove home without limp mode any more. Saved me time and money. Many thanks!

Can the EDU be damaged from bump starting Transit. I tried bump starting with flat battery, then wouldn't start the two codes have come up P1564 & P1664
