Hi Auntie: The play area so lovingly constructed to protect reminds me of our Father God and His Holy Son and The Holy Spirit. The Holy Trinity that dwells in all who received and heed the Words of Christ. "O my Strength, I will sing praises to you, for you, O God, are my fortress, the God who shows me steadfast love."(Psalm 59:17)

Dear Auntie: So lovely to see your hyacinths (blue & pink) and those sweet faced daffodils. Also, that tall white, bell shaped flowered stalk is marvelous! "For The Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding. He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, guarding the paths of justice and watching over the way of his saints."(Proverbs 2:6-8) Keep up the Good Work!

Hi Auntie: So glad you were spared from having to deal with anything too serious because of the ice storm🌬️The eclipse was definitely a sight of God's mighty power! "You have set your Glory above the heavens"(Psalm 8:1b) A wonderful sight to see how He controls the movement of our universe🌎Good to hear how you and the family and homestead creatures are doing ♥️

Me, too. I had horses for over twenty years. Did a lot of trail riding. My children grew up with them. They were good-natured, and I have fond memories of them. Horses are special.❤️

Hi! We just received ours, and I wanted to ask if you had any problems with the door locks? Wondering if they would be strong enough against predators. Thanks!

I've had the coop for three years now with the same locks. No problems. But, I do want to either change them or add a second lock for security. The original locks are becoming slightly warped, making it more difficult to slide into place easily. They will have to be small, sturdy locks because there's not much space to work with for replacements. In the meantime, I place 2 bricks against the entrance door after it's locked. I do enjoy the coop. It's on a pallet, and I cover it with a canvas in the winter for added warmth and rearrange the canvas in the summer to provide shade. I position the canvas with T-posts to create an overhead covering so I can sit on the pallet and not get rained or snowed on. I have 6 hens sleeping in the coop at night and out in the day. It's worked out great for me. Hope it serves you as well as it has served me. 😊

Thank you. Autumn is a very scenic time of year. Right now, we're enjoying warm weather before predicted snow for early November. This will be the first winter for the young hens.
