this journey is HARD. there are so many things against us and so many hard things happening in the world right now. so losing weight is so so so SOOOOO hard right now. having the self motivation to keep going is so hard to keep during all of this because there is NOTHING to do. there are no gyms open. its hard to go and walk and be safe about it with kiddos and such . so to “circle back” 😉😂 to the beginning of your video, 2020 has been hell

Don’t be embarrassed about repeating the same pattern! We got to our current weights by living those patterns and habits and it’s hard to change! Just remember that you CAN change the course!!!!

Hi it doesn’t matter how much makeup you have but keep only what you enjoy otherwise the joy of making up will be lost , just declutter what you don’t use then you can really enjoy putting on your products . As it should be a time for just you . You must make time for yourself , having a family is taxing enough , but each day put time aside for yourself even just having a bath it’s should be an alone time to enjoy and gather your thoughts and relax , it’s so important ,putting body and soul together .your bronze pigment looks gorgeous ,I hate false eyelashes I just use a good mascara ,every time I tried they looked like dead spiders ! So I gave up trying . , oh I love Jen she’s so knowledgable but it helps her being a former teacher .i bought Jaclyn hill palette and I just wasn’t able to get the mattes to blend so into the bin it went .i don’t have those issues with any other eyeshadows. You have some nice shades of eyeshadow ,enjoy stay safe love liz from U.K. x

Per the advice from Dr. Joel Furhman, I have switched all my meals to only NATURE foods like vegetables, fruits, grains, beans, salads, and any kind of food from the garden and nothing manmade or from the factory. I have lost my weight and maintaining my 150 lbs and not even exercising that much. I won't eat all that you have over there, forget about points, what's that anyway? I know what those brainwashing stuff is and I am not eating that, it's my health and my body and I am not doing any points of anything, NATURE food and nothing manmade, I won't give my hard earned money to ingest some garbage into my body, enough said.
