Mam my kid is having sigh syndrome coz of anxiety i guess mam how many times i want to do it mam ? Will ot help on recovering am too depressed so i am asking mam?

This video is much appreciated! I have been practicing more advanced esoteric qigong and neigong for about a year or two, but last night I told my son I would find some more simple techniques to help him stay centered and focused if he needs it while at school or something. These quick and simple techniques are exactly what I was looking for! Many thanks!

My kids loved this! Its the perfect length so they don't get bored, but long enough that they feel energised. My youngest son asked me to do it again! Hopefully you upload some more videos soon.
