This house is stunning. I love the architecture and the space inside feels so spacious. The layout has been beautiful thought of for any family size 😍🙏🏻

Why was this road built so that at the hillmorton road junction there is no left turn to rugby, no left or right turn from butlers leap and no left or right turn from Clifton. This is the most stupid junction I have ever seen! Total waste of space. I suspect that the construction companies did not want anyone using their new road except people who buy their houses! Corruption in evidence! Surely a mini roundabout would have made more sense and cost less money?

Appalling after sales service so far. We have lived there over a month and jobs promised prior to moving it not done, still no internet over a month after moving in tho was assured would be ready, list of repairs found in first few days not done... awful experience, paid £460k and Wish we had thrown the keys back and not moved in until jobs done and house was as promised.
