Thanks, can you go into more detail with the pelvic floor muscles, if you haven't covered everything. It's nice to know about the balance but it might be even more important to know the functional hierarchy of the muscles. I mean, what do you think of the idea that the smallest muscles might have a greater function, out of proportion to their size...? Or, do you think that the smaller muscles are only there for marginal corrections when the bigger muscles don't function, kind of like how extra wheels for children on a bicycle: E.g. Like extra training wheels. I also wonder about the function of the sesamoids. Many anatomy books don't even mention them or only a couple on the big toe. And they never mention their function. My own view is that they serve a pulley-like function. What do you think? As such, their functional significance is great although they are tiny bones.

good video! how can I floss the nerve if it is entrapped by the muscles in this area? (I have strange vastus medialis and adductor pain and think it could be the nerve)
