Why do my curtains not roll up by it's own?

This is terrible. Terrible instructions and it don't fit together. What a waste of time ordering this.

Connecting arm does not fit in table clamp holes.

Even with the locks though --a 130# dog can lunge the sides and make it move around the room

It sure would be nice if there were instructions on how to get your dog in it. The assembly is so simple, no instructions are needed. I did however learn one thing from the video. If it's not all the way narrow or all the way wide, there is some control over where the center hook is.
