Have used smoker tube for several years on my gas grill. I use a mixture of hickory, oak, cherry pellets. To enhance the smoke I mix in hickory chips (just a few) with the pellets before I fill the tube. Before I lite the tube I put the unlit tube in the grill with a low heat, it can be done in an oven as well to make sure they are dry. Even though I store them in an air tight container the pellets still absorb humidity causing hard starting and slow burning. Once the pellets are dry they work great. I use a $100 Dyna-glo 3 burner. Easy to use, easy to store. Your advice is spot on great video. You have to be a die hard and younger to maintain a charcoal smoker. I am mid 70’s and love to smoke meat but don’t have the energy to use charcoal any more or maintain a offset smoker or even use the barrel smokers. Humidity effects the burn too much. Thank you for the video.

Hi there, sorry for commenting so late but was wondering how often you were placing a new split in the grill?
@JaxxDrinkwater4 күн бұрын
1 split lasts the whole time, depending on the size and type. I used acacia wood, I think. That lasted all day. It really depends on the type of wood and the size.

Hey great job. I haven't done a "Over The Top" chili yet but have made your Wendy's Chili several times over the years and my wife loves it. I have also done your "Award Winning Chili" too and its the best to me, I think i will try it doing the "Over the Top" method with a chuck roast. Great Channel

has anyone thought about getting a roast to make the country style ribs? i am pretty sure it would be a bit cheaper if you dont mind for taking the time to break down the roast, but this does look good though Jazz. also 15 to 18 ounce bottles would be about 84-16 roughly

I still haven't never made burnt ends of any kinds, yet. Been wanting to do the ones you made long time ago at your other house. I did find some pork belly finally. So, we are on our second week of carnivore died over here, and bunch of things are off the menu now. When you do your series can you do carnivore pork belly burnt ends ? Your holy woodoo burnt ends turned out looking mighty fine, Jazz. Pork belly is better than country style ribs. Both are good. Have a great week, you guys 😋👍👋

U didn’t show How to program this😳😵💫😖😞😔👎👎
@JaxxDrinkwater23 күн бұрын
I'm sure if you watched the entire video you would have heard that I told you exactly what to pressure it on. But once again, since you clearly didn't pay attention, it's pressure on high for 15 minutes with a natural pressure release. That's the program. If you don't know how to press the buttons on your pressure cooker, please learn that before attempted to cook anything. High, hot pressure is dangerous. For your own safety, read the manual so you can "program" it,.
@stevejones-uv4ws25 күн бұрын
how long
@JaxxDrinkwater23 күн бұрын
Until it's tender. This took about 45 minutes, but if you have one of these pots, please do not use it. Discard it or use it for decoration. They have taken it off the market and recalled due to lead. If you have an Instant Pot or something similar, you may have to add a bit of broth to the pot and pressure for 25 minutes with a natural release. If you have a traditional pressure cooker that uses the stove, you're on your own. I haven't tried this particular recipe with a traditional pressure cooker.

You could use a lid on the wok to keep the corn in the wok and not the ground. Just a thought.
@JaxxDrinkwater23 күн бұрын
*Smacks forehead* Sure wish I had thought of that. I guess my hillbilly brain never got to full development. I had no lid. It's not a wok. Next time I'll have my fat aunt come and sit on it to block the corn from going on the ground.

Pork steaks are my fave cut off the hog, more flavor than pork loin , pork tenderloin , bone-- in or boneless pork chops. Believe it or not , here in rural Kentucky we put poultry seasoning on the pork steaks & it works. I am 61 yoa Irishman & we been doin' that since I can remember
