Why do you care what others think? They are grown men who make choices for themselves, not for you. Why are you mad that some people just would rather not upgrade? It isn’t about you. You sound like the very people you criticize. I tried the three betas. Sent in detailed bug reports to Akai for all three. Rolled back to 2.15.1 each time because I need to get things done. I volunteer my time to help them make sound decisions and repeat the problems found.

I’m in the UK and have the opportunity to grab one used for £180 which is about 220 dollars ish. What is the latency like on it? I found these after hearing complaints about the rodecaster. Seriously thinking about grabbing it for the mic pres and effects alone lol

@opticalman6417 ahhhh, your talking about the accent kit. All of the kits that come in the expansion have an accent kit pad that is a lower velocity than the original. The purpose is to give a natural groove to the kit without having to mess with the velocity.

I have the MPC One Plus and previously the MPC Touch and 2000 Classic. I ALMOST grabbed the Key 37 but I didn't need another keyboard. It replaced my Touch which my Mac doesn't see. I never heard of the Live 2 Special Edition

@@avace917 The MPC One is a little beast, I’m still thinking about grabbing one for portability. The Live 2 SE was released in the limited grey color way. I believe they may be sold out now though.

Us lot in the Uk use them a lot. If you are buying from over seas in the US I’d buy with a credit card for peace of mind, this would be more because of damages just in case. Not sure what consumer rights you guys have.

Electrical items from UK run on different power supply from USA you will need a power transformer if the device doesn't have a power setting switch on the back.

@BeatsNBed I just asked someone from USA and He said He had to get a step up power transformer for his MPC Key 37 which was shipped from Europe to USA. Email Akai to confirm, they are pretty good with responding to Emails asking about there products.
