Just tried this wetsuit feels good but the Worst zip design I have ever used. They have put the zip on the wrong side for me.

I just bought one from Billabong, the back section doesn't have a hole for the head to pull up and through... I can't for the life of me get my wetty on because of this. Going back for a refund before I put my shoulder out.

Makes more sense to put the least stretchy side on first, otherwise ya gonna end up putting to much stress on the entry 🤔

Wonderful message and you are an inspiration. I also have epilepsy and still sail. I am now a Dr and try to educate everyone that you CAN do things with epilepsy. I have set up a non profit #sailforepilepsy. I periodically come to UK (grew up there). Perhaps we could connect sometime

All right now! No Comments! How rude. Well what do you know? I've got a friend, Over there in Port Townsend. For you, kind of the other side of the world. Not gonna lie. I have been bugging my friend constantly over the last three years. (since he's been posting on You Tube.). He's got to work on getting tied up. You know "connected." ~ Just this punkin headed Brit building a boat...But a nice guy. Great music on his blogs. He's got all sorts of people scampering about, casting bronze, delivering the oak wood, now building the rigging. Oh but wait, now that I think about it. He needs a lass who sails. My bad. Never mind. So sorry. His name is Leo. 〰✨🌿👍🌿✨〰

You didn't notice it has a "secret" pocket on the inside and it is large. It is at the back of the jacket.

Years ago i had one on and i felt claustrophobic immediately. Never had that problem in other small or closed spaces.

Hey, I just put mine on and felt the same way! Not being able to shuck it fast gives me anxiety.
@johanwithag24329 ай бұрын
@@Madocthevindicator I think it will be even more worse with dry suite versions where you need some one else to open and close the damned thing. I could open and close mine from the front myself, but it was a claustrophobic experience anyway. I slowly put myself over it, but I used the suite only a view times. But you will have near perfect protection when in cold water accidentally. Good luck with it!

Or do what I did the first time I ever tried to put on a hooded 5/4 suit at the surf shop: exit the dressing room in a panic, and ask the first person you see to help you pull the torso part over your head with so much force and friction that your ears ring afterwards.

there shouldnt be any size of gap not even a little in your waistline otherwise u are going to freeze. Believe me cause i have a ripcurl wetsuit and the cut in the waistline is not appropriate for guys that are well fit.

I got one was not expecting front zip, felt so claustrophobic getting in it. I don’t think theres any pros about designing them with a zip at the front its so much hassle
@donnyterranove54462 жыл бұрын
I showed my wife the exact wetsuit I wanted for father's day. The rep talked her into this (garbage). Such a dumb design. My back zipper is fine. Works great. While my mates are kooking around with their "space-zip" chest zip, I have already paddled out, and picked of a few sets. I also get out of my suit in 30 seconds while they wrestle in the parking lot. But -- hey man, that front chest zip sure makes you look rad.
@toddclark51543 жыл бұрын
That suit zips way to easy and you have lots of excess material in your arms and torso. It’s way too big and therefore doesn’t give a realistic idea of what it’s really like to squeeze into a wetsuit that are supposed to be super tight when dry.

I'm trying to find a wetsuit ATM but if I get my chest measurement the waist is too big, if I get the waist the chest is too small? This is going my certain brands size guides.
