I like my 1250 and the 590 would just be a smaller version. The Bullseye cooks a little different from what I can tell.

Yeah but you can use all those Weber accessories w/ the BullsEye! But I'm leaning toward the 590. I really don't need anything bigger than that.

Thanks for the videos. I've got the 3 burner Charbroil version of Bessie. Had it about 10 yrs. I've recently been looking at the RecTec 590. Thinking between it and the BullsEye.
