Hello Antonio, welcome! I was using a Thermaltake Floe Ring 360mm. I have some videos comparing the performance of other coolers. For this cpu I am now using a Kraken NZXT 360mm (room temps at 28 degrees)

@@mfregos1 You should try a quick stress test (cinebench r23). The cpus work differently, I believe you need to increase your voltage or llc. Why did you turn the core voltage all the way up? I’ve had 2 of my PC professionally optimized and OC’d and they never not once touched the core voltage meter. It’s always stayed at 0%. My 4090 is set to Curve core clock and +1500 Memory clock. Just curious as to why you turned it up all the way and what’s the pros and cons to that?

friend, you're the fucking master, I don't know much about bios and I applied exactly your configuration to my i7 13700k and it works great. I got 31100 points in cinebench r23 with a maximum temperature of 85 degrees and a maximum voltage of 1.30v, usually in demanding use I go for 1.26v, before I was around 1.38 and even 1.4v the perfect undelvolt, less temperature, less voltage, more performance and more stability.

Hi i have a z690 gigabyte ultra and 13700k....what settings would you use for that just to maintain the default ghz ..Im not looking to overclock just want to bring down the temps, when I run R23 it shoots to 100 immediately on a 280mm AIO and the vcore is around 1.334. Need to bring temps down because I can see its thermal throttling even on default settings

@@Qersoras Im using bios FC (gigabyte aorus elite ax Z790). You can try changing it to (-) 0.055v, and so on until you find the balance between temperature and stability.

I need to find out how to get these bios settings for my asus mobo. I can't get my p-cores running anywhere near that during Cinebench r23. When I do a multicore test, I get all p-cores running between 5.3ghz - 5.4ghz and e-cores all running at 4.4ghz.

@Qersoras Nope. I have found a dozen or so guides online, all saying similar and vastly different suggestions. I don't get anywhere near what anyone else is getting in their benchmarks. I also find that every time you ask for the bios settings, you never get an actual detailed response.

The same after turning on all processor settings to the lowest (65W). Quiet. He did not have a temperature above 60C during the test. 29996 in the first test after installing CinebenchR23. Está bem veja o ultimo video utilizando um 7950x temperaturas em stress (cinebench) 80 de graus, em jogos não passa de 40 graus, esta indo melhor que o Kraken, Cooler Master e Thermaltake . Ola Danilo, como vai? Tenho um usando um 7950x , pois neste processador não quis utlizar na época. Ainda acredito que usar todos os cores em uma mesma frequência, resulta num desempenho melhor. I enable Low latency and timings reduce from 36 . 46 .46 . 84 -> 34 . 42 . 42 . 82 / Wich values of the videos shuld I change? increase? example Load line calibration from Low to med (where shuld i stop to increase values) -0.010 to 0 like auto or +0.010? pls help <3 :D Hyperthreading cores are dissabled

Hello my friend. Why is your xmp profile blocked at 7000? Does this motherboard support up to 7600? "Support for DDR5 7600(O.C.) /7400(O.C.) /7200(O.C.) /7000(O.C.) /6800(O.C.) /6600(O.C.) / 6400(O.C.) / 6200(O.C.) / 6000(O.C.) / 5800(O.C.) / 5600(O.C.) / 5400(O.C.) / 5200(O.C.) / 4800 / 4000 memory modules" What RAM are you using? If you have a 14900k and a z790 ud the values may start with the same as in the video. *Overclock with fixed vcore i always use llc at medium. *If the overclocking is with voltage offset im using llc at power saving and the second in low. What benchmarks did you run to test the cpu stability? Stress test? AIDA? OCCT? As a rule, the stress test would demand more from the processor than any game. When the games close do you get a blue screen? When u says that only the games don't start, if it's without a blue screen, sounds like a problem with the DirectX, video driver or the Windows installation. I don't see why disabling HT, but you must have your reasons. Tell me more so I can try to help u

On stress test I bearly reach over 82 °. (HT streesed CPU more wich couse crasehs that is a problem thath a lot of player has. by disabling ht or readuce the clock freazuency u dont get crases.) Team Group DIMM 32 GB DDR5-7600 (2x 16 GB) 36-46-46-84 - i9 13900k I cann select 7.6 ghz but it will crash #Blue scrrens sometimes on boot up. I have 2 x same system both cann't reach over 7000. Eeven teamgrpupe said 7.200 is confirmed supported.

Ditched my old rig that I put my new 14900 into (z690 rog gaming wifi mobo) because i i thought it was my small case size (x2 200mm fans in the front, 1 in rear, 1 on top, and then the CPU pump Of course..... decided to go all-inn and get a PRO ART ASUS Case, mobo, 400mm radiator and 2 400 mm fans in the front.... still hit 100 right off the bat. the key is simple: Undervolting. Intel has sold us a bill of goods that are literally on fire.

Man I really wish I could figure out my temp issues. mine is delidded, with a direct die custom loop, with liquid metal and i still hit 95c instantly. trying these settings i hit 97 and it crashed. ive removed and reseated my cpu more times then I care to count re-pasted etc. now even with liquid metal i idle in the mid 50's. on stock settings im lucky if i can pull 34k in cinebench all core. i hit 4500mhz and thats about all she has. Ive tried playing with PBO, customer offsets and nothing.
