I wanna ask, If we change class, will the cultivation remain the same or do we have to start from scratch? And if in the previous class we already had a unique skill, do we have to buy unique skill again for new class?

No worries! Sorry it took me a while to reply. Yes, cultivation will be reset when you switch classes. All skills will be reset to Level 1 and you'll have to learn those skills that are not automatically learned (those you have to buy skill books for). Yes, you'll still have to buy a unique skill book for your new class. If you have learned a unique skill from the previous class, you will receive a bound item ( I forgot what it's called haha Forgotten Skill or something like that). You can exchange that (plus a certain quantity of Nine Changes Book--I'll have to double check how much you'll need exactly!) to get a RANDOM unique skill of the same level.

Correction: Around 15:42 and 19:39, I said that it's the required character level but I think it's actually the required *equipment* level (before reductions from affixes or gems)

I don't really know the song that well but I checked out the artist page here on KZbin and based on the upload date, it seems that the song was created years before the event was launched in the game. I did some Googling and according to some commenters, it was made by a fan of Erha (the original material of the series this event was based on).

@@selecca Sorry for the super late reply! I’ve been planning on making a vid about this but I haven’t had time so I’ll give you the (kinda) short answer for now: they’re dropped by enemies/bosses in activities like Dragon Rush, Scrooge Heist, Relive, etc. BUT it’s all gacha and depends on your luck. There are also some (bound) ghost equipment that you can get by topping up. And of course, you can purchase some from player stores.

How can i have more than 1 skill in spirit beast? I try to learn new skill, my old one has been replaced by the new skill 😢

You'll just have to keep teaching your spirit beast new skills. 🥲 As you've noticed, when you try to teach your pet a new skill, a skill they've already learned can be replaced OR they'll actually learn a new skill/unlock a new slot. Unfortunately, this is all up to luck so you'll really have to save up a lot of money for skill books. Personally, when unlocking skill slots, I prefer using only skill books that can be bought with banknotes. Also, it's better if you don't level up your pet's skills until all skill slots have been unlocked, or until you can lock some skills. You can lock one skill (it won't be replaced when you teach your pet a new skill) when you've unlocked 4 skill slots, and you can lock a total of 3 skills.

I'm afraid it's random. :( But once your pet has learned 4 different skills, you can lock 1 skill. A locked skill won't get replaced when you teach a new skill, and you can lock up to 3 skills once you've unlocked all of your pet's auto/passive skill slots.

You can play the mobile game on PC! Just head over to ghoststory.vnggames.com/en/ for the download links. There's an English option for the game but I think it's all Southeast Asian servers for now. BUT you should be able to find English speakers there. I looked it up and socket transfer is only available for weapon and clothing. And you can only do ghost to ghost, ghost to purple, or purple to purple.

You can only have 1 on-field/battle (战) spirit beast at a time. But when your character reaches (iirc) Lvl. 70, you can assign a supporting (助) spirit beast who temporarily takes the field when your battle spirit beast dies.

The ordinary ones are dropped randomly by bosses, or you can purchase them from player shops. There are also some that can be obtained as a reward for topping up a certain amount on your account, you should be able to preview them somewhere on the top-up page. Divine beasts (神兽) are a bit harder to get, but can also be bought from the player shops. You need to combine 20 embroidery balls which you have a chance of getting (iirc) from tomb raider’s notes (which can be bought from player shops or randomly obtained from treasure maps). Edit: edited some of the terms ‘coz I finally saw their translation in the SEA version lol

Hi! Sorry, I don't really play the PC version of the game so I'm not really sure what works right now. My guess is that they're cracking down on accounts with "fake" names but you can try using another generator and see if that will work.

Hi everyone! This video was uploaded 3 years ago so it’s really outdated. I’ve been receiving a lot of messages regarding logging in/signing up for the game. Honestly, I haven’t created a new account recently because I’ve been using the same one since 2017. Based on the conversations I’ve had (and a little bit of checking), these are the options currently available: 1. Netease account - This is the one I’ve been recommending, HOWEVER, it seems that the option to verify with an overseas (non-Mainland China) number has been removed. So afaik, this option does not work for now. 2. Mobile number - Overseas numbers are accepted BUT there are some issues with receiving the SMS code. You can try resending the code after a few hours or the following day. 3. Device-specific account (Apple, Huawei, etc.) - This seems to be the one that works for now. However, I do have to warn you that Netease tends to remove non-Netease account login options occasionally so you might lose your account in the future. (And I’m not really sure if this login option is available to everyone)

Oh…I don’t have access to an Android device or emulator right now. :/ I was going to recommend this video but it seems that you have already watched it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/lZ7Nnph6jpiHfbc I’m not really familiar with the situation in India but the internet service providers there might be very strict in blocking Chinese apps/websites. If that’s the case, then it might be hard to play the game there. I can’t recommend circumventing the blocking as I don’t know if it would be illegal or not, but someone else who is also in India might have a better knowledge of how to do so.
