West, TX is a nice small town just north of Waco. I'm not too familiar with their housing market, however I do know they have a wonderful Czech Stop that serves AMAZING food!

Garland is also a great area Akshay! It's close proximity to Dallas makes it very popular for people who work in Dallas but want to live within a very short commute.

Definitely for the shower also! They have hand soaps, face soaps, body soaps, laundry soaps...they are bubbly and awesome!

Plano is definitely a great area as well! It definitely cuts down on commutes for people who live in Plano but work in Dallas. A lot of people are also drawn to the look and feel of established neighborhoods with large mature trees and large lots as well!
