Ive been doing a lot of thinking lately about how I leak energy, why I leak it and what kind of energy it is. Anger and discontent associated with shame is what emerges. Everything shifted for me since mid january... I am having to do a lot of shadow work, and I was not expecting this sudden mayhem. I had set some goals, I thought aligned with last year's energy and positive results and it now feels totally unsuported. Although, I feel unsuported, I'm training as a transperaonal therapist and I trust that with some inner higher guidance, meditation and presence, I will see it pass like everything else that has already passed, and I will come out of it, even wiser, clearer and hopefully more aligned to my higher purpuse and mundane endevours. ❤
