Weird. I literally did it and it worked fine for me. Edit: If it doesn’t work for anyone else, leaving and restarting the dungeon isn’t that bad since the chest is located after the first encounter.

3 phases for Raneiks Unified. 7 phases for the Corrupted Puppeteer. Swapped between Anarchy and Grand Overture a couple times and I believe 5-6 phases would’ve been doable if I stuck with Grand Overture the entire fight.

You will need to progress through the seasonal story to unlock the next Battlegrounds. When playing Battlegrounds through the Battleground: Echoes directory in the HELM, the Battleground you get is random. If you need to do a specific Battleground, it's probably best to leave and requeue to get a different one.

Let's see. Try this: I would make sure that you're in your own session of the Pale Heart and not in anyone else's. Try reloading the Pale Heart destination by going to orbit and then back in. Double check to see if it's even the active Paranormal Activity. Try completing any other Paranormal Activities first. Keep doing the Alone in the Dark quest until you get it to pop up on your map.

Technically, yes. Although I have heard that the spawn rate for the first chest is very, very low so it may take a long time until you get the real chest. I personally have never seen the first chest be a real chest but searching around online I have seen a couple reports that it's possible. You are probably better off just running the dungeon as normal.

I believe having a couple of the triumphs done will allow you to activate the 2nd resonance "locked" box, not sure about the 4th resonance box. It's also possible that someone in your fireteam had the triumphs completed. Only one person needs to have the triumphs completed for it to count for the entire fireteam.

We should've done more to help, I agree. I think a lot of us were too focused on not failing the triumph so we held back on the tormentors a bit.
