If I buy it would definitely be in Hallandale beach Florida it’s a beautiful city and it’s growing and you’re in between everything in south Florida 12 minutes from Fort Lauderdale beach and 14 minutes, Miami Beach, and it have Gulf Stream Park the biggest Horse racing track in Florida and Pegasus and Dragon Statue, it’s the second biggest statue in the United States 🇺🇸 and Atlantic Village beautiful shopping malls and restaurants.❤
