Manukau South Auckland is very expensive and full of crimes . Pooja jewelry shop was robbed few days ago. Drugs and Gangs are just enjoying South Auckland. Crazy place

Manukau is the South side of Auckland and is not an expensive surburb at all. Mostly Indians, Pacific Islands or natives would reside there. Herne Bay is the most expensive suburb, houses there go for 3-4 million and they are worth looking at. Also Pt Chev, Glen Innes, Mission Bay areas. You will see 90% Indians and Punjabis in Takanini, Papakura, Sandringham and Papatoetoe areas with plenty Indian eatrys. Takanini has the largest Guruduwara in NZ as well🙂

The important thing not shown here is that there is hardly any proper lighting in Park areas. Going for a walk at night is not possible due to darkness and eerie atmosphere.
