We actually just use normal 12volt LED strips inside of polycarbonate tubes, and then for diffusers its just standard tan masking tape! Stupid simple but it looks surprisingly good :)

Its a silicon tube that we "float" over top of a polycarbonate tube, if you want a good guide on how to do it I believe Spectrum Team 3847 has one

Our team (not the one in the video) uses the silicone sleeves sold by WCP, to put it on we got an air compressor and put the nozzle in between the roller and silicone on the side you want to silicone to move towards, and pulled the silicone up while blowing air.

@@stubbornoreo9335yup thats exactly what we did too, but we also put some water with handsoap on the tube to allow for our silicon to slide easier
