When i watch these videos, i remember watching them with my grandmother and grandfather. They have both passed away. But these are a few memories i hold. Vyajanthimala is a name i grew up with because my parents listened to old songs. And im also only 21 years old.

Padmini has an elder sister Lalitha and younger sister Ragini.are also very good classical dancers.i grew up seeing them perform it is very delightful.however Padmini is the most beautiful one and the best.

I am a North Indian. I thought vyjyanthimala was the only best classical dancer in India. After seeing this wonderful performance, I feel padmini is best in classical dance and her acting is great too. Her expressions, charisma,movements...all are perfect. Both of them are stunning but padmini ji is really awesome 👌

Padmini called as Naatiya peroli in Tamil Nadu... which means 'big dancing lightening' (बिजली चमकना)

Thanks Mallika for the details, you have observed. Here the director and producer made it hard to act them together.. Actually both of them, padmini and mala were prime at this time.. so the production company hesitant if they will agree to this duo fighting dance.. It happened and we are lucky to witness it to date
