hey nice video I have some questions. how many nights did you stay and how much were the points per nights? I'm looking at the points for the infinity pool villa but its 355k a night which is crazy or did you book the tropical island pool villa which is 95k and got upgraded to that room cause of diamond status?

If this hotel resort could speak, this one would be screaming: 'Run Away' Don't be fooled by the relative photos that you see, this so called 'hotel' is in fact some sort of large scale psychological experiment about human suffering and gullibility. First of all the bedroom I stayed in was filthy, with stained carpets, some woman long hairs and dirty linens . It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not properly cleaned before my arrival. I cannot convey strongly enough how disgusting this place is blood stained headboards that have clearly been up since the world war (the first one), windows that won’t close and actual mosquitos stains in the kettle. Im pretty sure I’m going to end up with some sort of rash/disease due to sanitation conditions similar to those of a homeless crack head. The front beach was dirty, there were many leafs in the sand and cigarets butts. I dared to ask for a drink while i was at bar right one minute (one) after the shift finished and wow, the waitress over charged me for that. She was rude and quite clearly looking for a fight with customer who are spending a lot of money.

Wow! I’m sorry about your experience in this hotel. We had better service when we went but it was awhile ago. I hope the rest of your trip gets better!

Hi! When we went it was 2400THB in March 2022. Price may have changed now since tourism has picked back up.

We only tried their breakfast buffet but I believe they also have lunch and dinner at their Cafe 103 :)

Hi, depends on if you booked through the Amex Fine Hotels and Resort Program. If you did, then yes! You will need to use your Amex platinum/ centurion when you check in.

Omg sorry we missed your comment! The ferry is really easy to get to since it is right by Hong Kong MTR Station, also walkable from Central MTR Station. The Ferry is pretty cheap too. Monday-Sat is $18.60HKD and Sunday $25.90HKD
