What a beautiful find!! 🙂I found this after finding the Mavis Levon collaborations which I discovered last week at Willie's 4th of July Picnic. Mavis took my breath away as does this! The barn is a magical place but the magic is within the souls that still live there. Thank Mavis for certain but Amy, thank you for keeping the spirit alive! And last, certainly not least, thank you Levon!! Just finished John Barry's book I had picked up at the barn last year (only read on airplanes) and yeah, this performance is a gem!! Love to all of you! If I had a suggestion, bring the Road Ramble to Big Top Chataqua in Bayfield, WI. If you have, sorry I missed it! Anyway, this is wonderful!

A real masterpiece by Larry Campbell. I suppose Levon’s studio recording is definitive, but some nice versions floating around out there, including this one from the great Ramble band.
