it's not the fault of the company you ordered from for delivery time, it's usually the postal service that was used. oodie is an australian business so shipping internationally is always gonna take a while. them not getting back to you is pretty shit but yeah they would've just said that the delivery time is down to the international postage service they use. i live in australia and i've ordered stuff from US businesses and it took around a month to get here so a month is probably standard wait time for international orders.

How was your tracking update? I live in California. I bought one for myself mid November - Arrived 6 days later. I bought another for myself and my coworkers for Christmas (total of 10) on Nov 30th - Arrived 6 days later. I bought another one for myself and my entire family for Christmas (total of 15) on Dec 13 - And it has been stuck in New Jersey with USPS awaiting item til now (with an expected delivery date arrival Dec. 23). The first 2 came from Pacoima, California and for some reason the one I’m waiting for is still in NJ. I’m guessing it was shipped overseas since I know about their branch in Europe. I emailed them on Wednesday but still waiting for a response. Sadly, my sister from out of town will be back home by the time her and her family’s Oodie arrives (if it does) but I’m somehow relieved that I’m not the only one who’s experiencing a long delay of shipping.
