Hello, Folks! I'm Jeannie...new channel under construction...
It's the small daily decisions that make the most impact!
FFF is where we enjoy all aspects of food (cooking, composting, gardening, nutrition, conserving, meal planning, pantry challenges), finance (budget & investing) & share encouragement w/one another. My dogs' food is even "on the table" ;-p
A sneak-peak at initial content:

Mediterranean Savory Pilaf
Brown Rice, toasted in olive oil/butter w/garlic powder, pinch of salt
Boil in chicken (or veggie) stock
Add coarsely chopped asparagus/crimini mushrooms
Once done, take off heat and stir in slivered almonds/shelled pistachios and coarsely chopped parsley
cumin, soy sauce, apricots? Other nuts/spices?

It looks great! How do you like the Aldi veggies? I find that mine so pulls so much quicker than other stores.

I've had good luck w/Aldi produce...it's Trader Joe's that I find has hit or miss produce.
