Why is it that these buffet restaurants are slow in refilling their dishes? It is so disappointing going and finding out those trays are empty. 😢

Seriously, the buffet scene in Metro Manila (Four Seasons, Vikings, Buffet 101, etc) = 5 Star luxury compared to the U.S. (HomeTowne, Golden Corral, etc.) = 3 Star budget
