This is a beautiful project with great potential. However, I encourage you to consider implementing it in your own country to avoid contributing to gentrification in this area. It's important to ensure that local communities retain their culture, affordability, and identity.

Nice to "see" from you again! It's a pity that you moved out from Costa Rica. I would be very interested also in less pleasant experiences that you had with culture, Ticos and climate. In a way, what would you have done differently if you did this project again?

Hey Marc :) yeah we miss it but we are happy in France at the moment :) we are thinking about putting a video similar to that but just need a moment to film :)

Plywood won't last in the humidity, used it years ago (I live in Uvita) and it only lasted 2 years

Honestly wouldn’t even know who could have done it. Maybe a welder. To me the kitchen is important so if you have the time and energy then go for it :)

Dave n I stopped at this beach on our way back to Samara. It's beautiful. Still haven't been fortunate to see a turtle yet. That sunset with the reds is amazing

I think around $17k but this was different as now the Costa Rican currency has strengthened so cars are more expensive now

We just find it so expensive now. We are in Thailand where money goes farther! But still miss cr we will give Thailand a year and then we’ll see what is next.
