Almost every Country that has Universities, has their own version of what used to be called "The Chunder Mile". Students would have an annual race. Most have their own individual rules. Our one was: Race was 1 Mile on a running track. At beginning, drink a pint jug of beer and eat a cold mince pie. Repeated at end of each lap. BUT... also included crawling under a wide tarpolin spread across the track, 20 meters after the start finish line where they have just finished drinking the beer and eating the pie. By second lap, very few fail to "chunder" as they bend down and crawl. Contestants are then crawling through pools of chunder under the Tarp. Also, while drinking the pint jug of beer, many chunder back into the jug but are forced to still down it all. Students, with their student lifestyle, often have the constitution of an Ox in order to just finish the race. In contrast, this Beer Mile is just pathetic.

If she had microdosed during 2020 when there was no testing, then any test prior to Dec 15 should have also been positive. USADA's web site shows 6 samples collected from her in 4th quarter of 2020, so presumably 3 urine samples. I'm inclined to believe other explanations in the scientific literature that have not been discussed publicly. See Phillip Watson 2009 paper and Jiahui Wu 2024 paper.

4:45/mile is 2:04 for a marathon. That is plenty fast for the US Olympic Trials. His PR is a couple minutes slower but the 4th fastest time by an American. He is getting ready for the US Olympic Trials, that’s what he says he is getting ready for.
