Ya it was a nice mix . Im looking fwd to lazy summer nights at the local car cruises. As soon as the last salt stain on the road washes away Im waking up my old car and stretch its legs.

The 318 four barrel emblem is custom made. The barracuda is my dads car that he owned brand new then sold in the early 80's. He was lucky to re aquire the car 2 years ago. When we were restoring the car I thought it would be a nice touch to have custom emblems. So I took an old set of 340 emblems and turned them into 318 emblems.

Is this typical GM quality or what?? 😆 I'm curious as to why there was so much stress on that one failure point, if this was from manufacture then I don't see why it hadn't snapped years ago.

Hi. They are after market parts installed 10 - 15 yrs ago. I was surprised as I was not hopping the car with the lowriders..lol...just doing a 2 point 180. I hope it can be welded.
