Yes, you need license for fishing in fujairah beach and rocks. To get a fishing license you need to have a residence visa, as a tourist you cannot apply for a fishing license, the only option is to rent our a boat and go fishing

Lovely video Cyprian. We use to pluck raw (Green ones) and make pickle to be used during monsoon. I remember Emil mana teaching us how to make the pickle.
