Try not to arch your back like that, I’ve done that w my barbell shrugs and got a herniated disc from it. If you puff your chest out during your set it might help 🙏

I really appreciate this advice and I was only doing it like that because I felt more of a stretch in my traps but then again I don't want to herniated disc

One suggestion, don't look right at the floor. Your body tends to move where you looking at, you look down and you round your back more than necessary. I noticed that especially with bent over rows. you actually lose power doing it with a rounded back
