Historical accuracy is difficult, but if true the story of Lidice is even more tragic. There is a version that two factory workers were having an affair and used their own code to send messages. The Gestapo found these messages and assumed that they were involved.Bth lived in Lidice and that is supposedly the reason it was chosen

The Czechoslovakians were beginning to accept German rule and had just delivered the German Wehrmacht a hospital train. Accepting German rule may have led to output from the huge Skoda factories, the biggest in Europe, and increased German military production. The assassination of Heydrich sent the Nazis into destroying any chance the people would accept their rule and the military output from the Skoda factories was minimal aided by Herman Göering’s brother Albert who oversaw sabotage and time wasting.

The Nazis killed them, and millions more, and they would have killed millions more with the weapon coming from factories in Czecheslovakia. - a country Hitler called an invention of post war politics, and in his mind had no right to exist. He killed many, and would have killed everyone there if allowed to. But he needed the tanks, guns and trains being made there for him. After WWII, Czech-built German designs of planes ( such as the last models of the Messerschmitt Me-109, as the S-199 and CS-199 ) made late in 1945 and after were in service in several countries, and sold on to many more. - and Churchill later avoided blame for many of his actions as leader of the British Empire during WWII, such as his ordering Arthur Harris to bomb Germany flat, then saying it was all Harris' idea. But not this one.

Mikä oli Heydrichin murhan tarkoitus? Tsekinkielinen väestö oli sopeutunut Saksan valtaan (kuten viimeiset 1000 vuotta). Britit kouluttivat terroristit tappamaan Heydrichin. Tarkoitus oli että kohtuuttoman kovat rangaistukset saisivat tsekit kollektiivisesti kääntymään saksalaisia vastaan. Odotettiinkin että tsekkejä tapettaisiin paljon. Todella vastenmielistä toimintaa briteiltä ja näiltä tyhmiltä tsekkiterroristeilta.

Heydrich was so arrogant and confident in his grip of power over the Czech public, that he refused to have an armed convoy that day,.and in a convertible car. An amazing hit job from those brave Czechs, but it cost the Czechs dearly - with hundreds killed in retaliation. Heydrich certainly was an evil Nazi, and maybe a successor to Hitler down the line.

Fun fact. The original mercedes car is at a private museum in Denmark. owned by multimillionaire Ole Falck. It has been restored but the damages is still visible. Who knows what this historical piece is worth

Heydrich ordered his driver to pursue a gunman, the driver was shot and died, and Heydrich had no assistance until a Czech policeman decided to flag down the baker. Heydrich responsible for every detail except the bomb giving him blood poisoning from the horse hair in the car's seats. When Hitler heard Heydrich was injured, he demanded that only Hitler's own doctor should treat him, sending the Doctor on a plane from Germany. Another reason Heydrich died.
