El hotel es hermoso y la comida muy buena y variada, pero el personal es muy pésimo, tiene un trato muy malo, otta cosa es que tu pagas por trea dias y solo te quieren brindar servicios por dos dias porque hasta el desayuno y el amuerso te lo niegan por completo, no importandondo que andes con niños y pagaras por tres dias y dos noches.

It is very lively at night as well, and lunch time around 1-2pm. In Spain many places have a break, many restaurants reopens for dinner at 6-7pm. Thanks for your comment. Good idea to film at night next time there.

Food was very good, wide variety of everything. They also serve snacks between the main meals. You can also enjoy various restaurants which are worth to check! Enjoy your vacation!

I stayed here last April. Very nice resort. Beautiful grounds, great beach, good food. Rooms are a bit tired but not bad. I would say if you like brand name/premium liqour definitely get the level upgrade or grab some good booze at the airport because aside from rum the liqour at the non level bars is not good. It's fine for blender drinks but if you enjoy a good cocktail you will be disappointed. The vodka, tequila and gin are virtually indistinguishable. I order a vodka and tonic for me and a gin and tonic for my wife and couldn't tell which was which. Overall this is a great resort I would go back for sure. Depending on your likes I would recommend a beachside room as opposed to a poolside room. The beach side rooms are close to the beach and main pool and the breakfast/lunch buffet. The 'poolside' rooms are closer to the lobby and dinner buffet/ ala carte restaurants but its a good 10-15 min walk or a golf cart ride to the beach/pool area. Also this is a very quiet sedate resort which I like but if your are looking for night life this may not be the place.

I stayed here last April. Very nice resort spectacular grounds, great beach, gorgeous pool. Food is good by all inclusive standards. I would book a beach side room as they are much closer to pool and beach. If you like premium liquor book a level room as there is no brand name liqour included anywhere on the resort aside from the level lounge and bar.. Resort is large but easy to get around and if you don't like to walk the shuttles are easily accessible. Not that its a big deal but you can no longer access the family (Caribe) side of the resort. You can walk thru and use pool/beach but can't get food or drinks (I didn't try but that's what we were told). I thought this was a beautiful resort and good value for money

We booked the beach side for 1st week of April. I was just curious if you can still use the facilities on the caribe side. I've never been to a resort where you couldn't use the whole complex if you booked the adult only side but saw one review that said you couldn't use the bars and restaurants on the Caribe side if you were staying at the Beach side. No big deal but we like to walk and explore so nice to be able to grab a drink or a snack when out and about. Guess we will find out soon enough!! Thanks for your help. Happy travels :)

@@mw_tech_life Hi, one more question... We booked a beachside room (ie close to the beach) but not a level room. I just downloaded a map of the resort and it looks as if there is nowhere to get any food by the pool/beach unless you are a level guest and according to the map the only place to get a drink near the beach is the pool bar unless you are a level guest. Is that correct or is the map misleading???

Hi, On the beach side you have the Serendipia restuarant is by the beach. They are open for breakfast and lunch. You can also have a snack bar where you can get burgers and wings until 6pm. You are going to love it!!

@SpineDoc No, you don't need pants or collared shirts or closed toe shoes. The resort is super casual. You do have to wear a shirt in the restaurants and bars, but it can be just a regular t-shirt. Sandals (open toe or closed) and shorts for most areas are fine. I do remember that there was a rule about not wearing swim wear in the restaurants, but it did not appear to be enforced. When did you stay there? Were you able to use the Caribe (family side) restaurants and bars?? I saw a recent review that said they weren't allowed to use bars or restaurants on the Caribe side when they stayed at the Beach side.

Hello, we were there in late January to early February 2023. We we're happy with the selection of restaurants and bars that were offered on the beach side, so we never felt the need to check-out the family side restaurants and bars. But what you need to determine is what type of holiday you are looking for, then book accordingly. Do what will provide the best experience for you and whoever is accompanying you. Reading too many reviews can be paralyzing...do you :)

Hello, The food and drinks were excellent in my opinion. They have buffet style restaurants and plenty of options to suit many different tastes. Unfortunately, you must be a Level guest for receive premium liquor, but we found the regular liquor adequate for us. There are some nice perks if you chose to go with the Level upgrade (private beach and pool areas, premium liquor, private restaurant, and more). We reserved a room by the beach, and we found that provided us with everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. The resort was very well kept, great service, beautiful nature like a paradise garden. Activities on the beach like yoga and other forms, as well a small gym is available on the site. There are also night activities, music, dance, and other performances all in the area of reception and if you opt for Level, there are also activities in the Level building near the beach. I personally loved the place. Hope it helps.
