Hi! This is awesome! I am really impressed by the workspace where you built your camper. Is that a private workshop, or did you rent it? Also, what are places like that typically called? Thank you so much for sharing this process.

What size trailer bed, dimensions are your trailer and such, did you share/post it anywhere? It looked a lot shorter during the build, but at the end, the last shoot it looked a lot longer. Is this a 5x10?

Can anyone help - how do you attached the camper to the trailer?? What makes it ....strong enough? Flexible enough? To withstand the travel/bumps? :) thank you!

Jetsurf prides themselves on quiet gas motors and zero emissions. It’s a tiny engine shut up and make em loud and all emissions. This one sounds awesome

@christiangreen6123 ай бұрын
Hi Abdul, its a vortex ddj engine, race kart engine, i got it second hand off ebay, 38hp. but honestly, an electric board is much easier to make, just make sure the battery is 14s20p, get a lehner motor, MGM ESC controller, and the rest is fairly easy. good luck bro!

Hi, could you tell us how long you can surf with 7050 moto and 14s14p battery?
@christiangreen6124 ай бұрын
about 20 mins. but really a 20p would be better. i was stressing the battery packs with this setup, and only got about 50 charges before the cells started to die due to heat etc

I dont have those tools, but showed me alot of steps that will help my project. I NEED it light, Ive discovered that foam-board with fiberglass over is the lightest and most insulated for temperature changes. Im going to retire and pull it on my big trike, with my wife seeing all of America - before the demoCRAPS make it a communist country.

Amazing build. For your foam wire heat cutter, did you build it yourself? If so what wire did you go w type and Guage and what power source. If bought what brand. Thanks for your time Sir. Great job
@christiangreen6126 ай бұрын
thanks, i made the foam cutter from some stainless bar, inconel welding wire for the cutter, a wooden broom stick cut up and drilled for the insulation ends, and a 24v battery charger. you could probably use thick guage stainless wire, i just had inconel laying around!

Great trailer vid. Not sure if DIY is the proper term. CNC. Couple different welders. Professional build. DIY should be a Dremel, a dull jigsaw, and bricks adding weight to glued sides. My opinion of course.
