CERCLE VISION

CERCLE is a non-profit collaborative of early childhood providers serving primarily Black and Latino children and families in Greater New Haven, Bridgeport, Stratford, and Stamford. Our mission is to improve early care and education outcomes for Black and Latino children in Connecticut by promoting sustainable early care businesses in underserved communities.

How We Do It
CERCLE Collab is our Shared Service Alliance that supports organizations providing quality early care and education to BIPOC communities.

CERCLE Teacher Apprentice Program is a Level I Early Childhood Education teacher training program that is aligned with the Connecticut Core Knowledge Competencies and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Power to the Profession.

CERCLE Strong raises the voices of early childhood educators, families, and other stakeholders invested in transforming Connecticut’s early childhood education system.
