The Ministry of Man (MOM) power of Singapore is a joke. Dozens of domestic workers are overworked, not given the proper rest and the filipino MOM agents are just as corrupt insulting and getting angry for workers asking for basic rights like not getting one hour rest for lunch working from early morning to late in the evening, cramped quarters, abusive employers. Even making workers work on their day off before they go out. Any worker thinking that the Ministry of Man power (MOM) is thereto help you is sadly mistaken, your complaints will fall on deaf ears and nothing will change. They are taking advantage that you need the money to exploit you to their miserable pedestals

huh! mom takes the levy of foreign worker of two-year work permit renewed over 10 times! that's over 20 years worth of cpf if the foreign worker was given three- year work, to qualify for permanent resident. despite of the foreigner having studied in ite college to attain ntc electronics, but still not approved of spr for cpf, while what was supposed to go to cpf, went to levy instead! by employers. and mom says they protect employee? as some get spr cpf and some don't! is that being fair?! it's like a pimp & whore usa is a lot fair. $$ !!! !! !
