Amazing performance! I’m having to submit a recording of this etude for an assignment, and your performance of it has really helped me figure out the piece. I hope you continue to make these recordings, as they are helpful. Thank you so much!

I had to play this as an assignment for band a couple of months ago, I wish I found this recording lol! Please keep up the great work, you sound amazing and I use several of these recordings as references for assignments and auditions!

Question is that about the speed it should be played at or should we play it faster you think?

Very good! I’m a trumpet player playing this for an audition but couldn’t find any trumpet videos. You sound great and I love the dynamic contrast of your playing!

Any advice on how to keep the air pushing and how to make the notes sound more connected?
3rd to last line is confusing, you still stay in triplet feel, so the “6” notes are really “9” notes in my mind.

I haven’t to this in over 9 years. I wish I was still playing the euphonium after high school. I loved practicing this characteristic. Even after all these years, I tongued/hummed the entire thing almost perfectly
Yes, I plan to do all of them (duo part is until No.20). 😊😉

I like to use this book for bass guitar practice, this is the first time I’ve heard the music from someone else on the actual trombone. Great stuff.

Very useful as always. But..I think your sound would improve enormously if you raised the music stand and directed the bell forwards, not downwards. That makes it muffled.

Hi Pepe-San, thanks for sharing. Great idea, letting us to play with you. Maybe, include some metronome sound as a background sound!
@pepeabe6 ай бұрын
Thank you for watching. 😊 This is one possibility and of course it's much more easy to play (for me too!). But to make metronome sound take time... Rubato style is important side on this etudes, so I think I continue on this style. play with someone with rubato is one of important technics. 😉 I hope you enjoy them. 🥰
