The Saturn is my favorite. It's always nice to see another Saturn fan.

Such a great system. The Saturn also had the superior verson of The Need For Speed (not counting the original Panasonic 3DO version). The PS1's version was even more so, less detailed, in so many ways. Always shocked me how much better it was on the Saturn.

PS2 has gotta be my favorite for all the Shin Megami Tensei, Persona, and Final Fantasy games plus Dragon's Quest VIII and the GTA games. Oh an Okami, loved that one other than that long intro.

I lived to see the entire history of cartridge consoles and everything after. Had a home computer when most had an Atari 2600. The NES was the console of my teen years. I don’t think anything else can quite compare. I’m nearing 50 and still playing and collecting these games. My cousin had a Sega Genesis. We played a ton of hours, played a good number of games, and rented many others. I have a good collection of Genesis games also and without even blinking will say it’s the most consistent console at having good-great games. Even some of the worst rated games are good. Dreamcast was the last console I had great interest in. I mostly lost interest in consoles after Dreamcast. Its titles are a blast. The graphics still look amazing. I was a PC gamer at the time but this console blew me away. I was all interested in what Dreamcast had to offer.

1:28 That looks like a Sears Tele-Games six switch! If so that is actually much cooler (and more valuable) than an actual Atari from that era. Sears was authorized by Atari in the late 1970’s to make their own consoles with the Sears branding on them.

I never had any consoles until 2017 when I was 46 and got 4 PS 2's. All broken which I managed to fix and then soft modded with FreeMCBoot. Now i use emulation for all my retro playing games. I have all Nintendo (apart from Switch,) most Sega, (Genesis, Master System, Dreamcast, Game Gear,) PS 1 & 2, Neo Geo, and various old computers (which you probably would not of heard of unless you live in the United Kingdom. I have around 30,000 titles for the various consoles and computers and I love every one of them. I 100% prefer emulation over the original consoles for many reasons. Mainly, no physical space needed to store the games, better quality output, no console issues like the capacitor plague, etc. My PS 2's have been in my wardrobe for about 3 years now. I am going to probably put them on eBay as I will never play them again. Still, very nice haul. It's so great to see another Gamer Girl. There are still too few of them. Especially those that play retro games.

It’s not region free 😅 I have 3 of them two are Japanese an i shield Swap with another 3Ds xl to make it an English version. But the eevee 3ds xl or LL is Japanese only. I’d check to see if it’s mod. But it’s a really amazing 3Ds to have (:

burnout and vice city are probably my favorite of that bunch. Some other games of the ps2 that i played a lot were driver 3 , gta 3 , vice city, san andreas, tony hawks american wasteland, london getaway, stuntman, james bond, and black. Another game that is stuck in my mind is thrasher skate and destroy for ps1

If you're into Ace Combat, one game I recommend you get is ARMORED CORE VI: FIRES OF RUBICON. It's another fast, action, sci-fi, cyberpunk, game with a mission layout. It's got cool over-sized, super weapons too. It runs very smooth on PS5. The action is excellent, but there may be a bit of a learning curve to the mech customization. Consider ARMORED CORE VI: FIRES OF RUBICON!!! You've got a really awesome PS2 game collection. I never played Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando. You're missing Ratchet: Deadlocked! At least you can download that for PS3 if you wanted.
