Kyle root is a bag whacker. He is leveraged to the hilt, high interest hard money loans. A lot of his properties have unpaid real estate taxes past due with penalties and interest. He’s just a buzz word factory, a grifter pretending he is making tons of money but I would bet he’s barely turning a profit if any! He’s got a shitty place in Steuben street in Wausau that has been vacant for years! He’s been selling all his properties in this area. He found some ways to buy properties, but don’t let the smart talk fool you
