I have 2 questions. 1. If you get a quarter as aso in css in Delhi, can you stay in the same quarter until retirement, or is it necessary to change the quarter after a few years? 2. If you can stay in the same quarter till retirement, then are you allowed to renovate the quarter by your own expense?
