30 is a really hard choice because on demon slayers side we have man eating monsters but they're only in Japan but we're gonna assume you live in Japan on the other hand mha you can get stuck with a stupid quirk or none at all and villains can attack at any time but training your quirk is easier than learning breathing styles and also is safer assuming you don't encounter some powerful villains, in the end I'd have to say mha because the chances of you running into a villain who's broken open is much less likely than encountering a demon in ds assuming you're in japan, mind you ds takes place in I believe the early 1900s so no advanced technology or medicine or anything of the sort so if you somehow survive a demon attack you have to hope you don't bleed out to death or get an infection which will have a higher chance of happening because ds takes place during the early 1900s and thus medicine and treatment is much less advanced
