Notice how smoothly an Evolutionist transitions to mysticism. Evolution is a pagan religious concept, not a scientific fact.

A brilliant introduction to what economy (oikos+nomia) really is. Highly recommended for every young person because as Varoufakis says, economy is too important a topic to be left to the experts, especially when most of these experts (mainstream economists) are narrow minded bigots, the so called useful idiots, whose primary function is promoting narrow interests of Big Money as interests of all (public benefit), using business myths like growth, development, job creation, infrastructure investments, market knows the best, technological progress and economic growth solve all problems of humanity etc. as justification.

Too all those complaining of too many adverts I urge you to get KZbin premium. Yes, it’s giving in and yes it’s being pressured into giving more money to corporations, but on a purely experiential level the disappearance of the constant annoyance of albums being ruined while I shower is a life changer. Well worth £12 a month to rid yourself of this daily frustration. Adverts interrupt full immersion in great works of art. Bite the bullet, get premium and get rid.
@TheUpGrayedАй бұрын
I went premium in 2019 and I'll never go back. Just imagining trying to watch/listen to YT with ads actually makes me feel ill. I feel bad for the peasants. Oh well, they'll keep bitching no matter what we say.

It is indeed an interesting book but to be honest what a waste of time and money. Based solely on the 100+lightyear bubble created by our electromagnetic emissions and our nearest neighbors it's probably at least a 100 years until we hear back and that's really stretching it. And then considering the problems we have on our sweet little home and the actual chances of contact. Bored scientists who wouldn't have jobs unless they were doing something so esoteric. And unless we get some sort of super drive we ain't leaving our little spot nay micro micro micro dot in the vast waste land of interstellar space. Dreams aren't free and if we do leave our little blue marble it won't be to visit our nearest neighbors it will be to escape the devastation we have wreaked on our home. As the most "intelligent beings" here we are showing a remarkable level of stupidity, uncontrolled weapons production stupid stupid differences in opinions and those supposed to lead us showing little or no regard for humanity as a whole. Yup an interesting listen but go the octopussies. And if anyone out there is listening stay quiet ,looking at what we do when we get somewhere new you don't want us in your backyard
