I live in SS2 from 1972 till 2006, before we shifted to Bdr. Baru Seri Petaling. Will visit . I witness tmn. Megah, a rubber tree land in the 70s to a residential in the mid 70s.i am 56 . Tq for ur video.

Hi @Bluishblueblack, thank you for sharing on the above, though I think there's been a mistake on that. Definitely we are not in the opinion Seresta is worth 1 star only. I would rate Seresta 4.5/5 stars, with the property designed and make most sense to home stayers wanting private residence within an urban enclave. the rental in damansara foresta right beside of it is renting about RM 1.21 to RM 1.96 per sf..so expecting something similar or higher per sf for damansara seresta.. if you need more help just let us know & regards.
