my compensatory sweating can get quite bothersome and extreme and can distrupt my sleep and doesnt take much heat to trigger. it covers all my body from mid torso down when warm or also my arms, neck and face when eating. it is a struggle and takes so much stealth and premeditated concern to deal with. with that being said, the trade off is worth it and i would do the ETS surgery all over again if i had to do it again. there is just too much value in being able to use my hands adequately without my palms literally visibly dripping of sweat 24/7 as if they had just been dunked in a bowl of water 15 seconds ago. life is miserible with compensatory sweating, but it was 10 times more miserable before when my hands were comstantly soaked. so im happy with my decision. oh, and you will always need lotion for your dry ass hands after surgery, but asleast you can use them properly. i look back at some of my high school papers and see how wrinkled the paper is and ink smudged like crazy, makes me wonder about how all the people who must have known but were too polite to say anything about it.

Sweat definitely smells on its own!!! Due to microorganisms that exist on skin and hair and react. Otherwise we would stay with our minty fresh natural sweat! Lord... Such a misinformative video.

So your severe sweating that was interfering with your life stopped but mild chest sweating started? Dude take the glycopyrrolate or the one you mentioned and chew gum. Get a job that isn't outside. HH is debilitating, CS not so much.

Weird question, but I figured it's still worth a shot asking. I know they block the sweat from getting on your clothes, but I was curious do you find that because of this, it also cuts down on the smell of B.O. from escaping? I understand if there is still odor, but do you notice a reduction?

What a lovely feature! How useful for the young folks who don't recognize the common symbols ❤ I sometimes have to look up the dry cleaner symbols! There are many many

People who are your mother's age actually know what each of those symbols mean and don't need an app to look at every time they see a symbol so not quite sure what's happening in the brains of younger people but when you know you know

I don't understand how some people say there surgery is the best when I'm in chronic pain and have awful CS, my arms feel like they burning all the time. Fight or flight is messed up too. I regret the surgery

I have hyperhidrosis in the face/scalp as well. I've heard horror stories for people with this same condition who had ETS...it's good for hands and feet excessive sweating but definitely not for the face/scalp region.

Its hard to have plantar Hyperhidrosis. I start to loose friends when I got this plantar hyperhidrosis. Everyday they make fun of my stinky feet. Every hour i change socks just to try to fix this

This shirt is so damn good I use to wear only black shirts to hide sweat stain's now with the Thompson tee I can wear any color shirt and not have to worry about it. I wear the slim fit shirt under my actual shirts, so as a undershirt. When you first start to wear the slim fit, you feel uncomfortable, but with time it’ll eventually feels super comfortable because you know you’re not sweating through. Then you can maintain confidence raising your arms.

If anyone is considering this surgery '' DO NOT'' have it done. It was first done in Sweden it's birthplace, Sweden has now banned it due to so many lives ruined. Don't have it done, research it

I recently got the ETS surgery for my excessive sweaty hands and feet and I’m so satisfied, dry, and happy! Do not be discouraged about compensatory sweating! I took the risk and would sweat somewhere else rather than my hands! I use and work with my hands 99% of the time anyways! Best of luck to everyone who suffered like I did! Tip: find a great doctor! I recommend finding someone who does robotic ETS! GL!

ETS ruined my life, June 15th 2005 to be exact, I suffer from CS, I take glycopylerlite to help but it's not that great, I still sweat through 3 or 4 shirts a day when the humidity is high, but it's actually worse in the winter l, when it's super cold my whole body gets moist, so my limbs are cold because they don't receive blood flow but my torso is hot and wet, so I swear inside my jacket and then it freezes, it's horrible. I hold out hope they will discover a reverse to the surgery so I can enjoy life again, until then it's a struggle everyday

Worked for me, watching how the puddles of sweat just dried up within 48 hours was so satisfying, I used what I read about the other day. Although it actually took about 72 hours for my sweating to normalize, I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and I don’t have to change clothes 2 times a day.

Very impressive, making the excess sweating stop within 2 days was so much more than I expected, I went with what I talked about last week and after the first day or so I was very surprised to start feeling much more comfortable and dry! I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and after 72 hours I now sweat like a “normal” person lol
