First of all if you get pulled over you don't stick your hands out the window right away an you tell the cops have a gun☝️😂 you waiting until the cops approach your vehicle with your hands on the steering wheel if they asked you do you have a weapon in the vehicle you tell yes with your hands on the steering wheel at all times you tell them location of the weapon and let them retrieve weapon

You can carry your weapon fully loaded i dont know what your talking about (secure in case snap holster)
@patrickfullan95092 жыл бұрын
Your info is a little off. You can legally keep a fully loaded firearm in your glove box/center console/under the front PASSENGER seat(in a holster) in Florida. Stop with the 3 step nonsense, the law clearly states that the firearm cannot be readily accessible, nowhere is it written about 3 steps. If you have a concealed weapons permit I would show that to the Deputy with my driver license and him deal with it from there. PLEASE STOP WITH THE 3 STEP NONSENSE!!!

There are no 3step gun rules in Florida. There is no such statue covering that. You can legally have your firearm fully loaded in your vehicle without a carry permit as long as it's not visible and it's not immediately readily accessible but it needs to be securely encased in either the center console,glovebox or trunk and not readily accessible to passengers. I myself keep mine unloaded in a zippered case in the glove box that's locked with the mags in the center console. Why? That way it erases the whole immediately readily accessible portion of it and it becoming criminal if I have to use my firearm in self defense. I would have to unlock and open my glove box, unzip the case, pull out the firearm and then open my center console to retrieve the mags to load and charge my weapon. The only way I would pull my weapon is if I have exhausted any and all other options to escape grave bodily harm from inside my vehicle. If I can't escape. It will then be fully legal for me then to retrieve and use my weapon in self defense since Florida has the Stand Your Ground Law. You cannot give the officers, judge, prosecutors or jury any reason to think otherwise because if they can they will.

I bought a ‘98 almost 5 months ago and this happens to me almost every time I wash the car. This exact thing happens, then the car goes back to normal after sitting for a week drying out. It’s a pain in the ass, I gotta let my car sit a week every time I wanna wash it…. At this point after reading all the codes, I know it’s just sensor malffuncions from wiring getting wet under the hood. The battery compartment being open and exposed is probably what’s doing it for my car at least

They’re called magazines…. Not clips. Clips are what you use to hold something(s) together. A clip holds bullets together to load into an internal/interval magazine. A magazine that is designed to be in the gun like an M1 Garand for example. A magazine is something that dispenses bullets into the chamber of the firearm.

I live in Tampa...The 3 step process isn't actually a law. It is a common misconception but everything else yes...even the cops think there is supposed to be a 3 step rule and it's not but yep I agree with everything the 3 step is for your safety
@brandonmckittrick28223 жыл бұрын
The 3 step rule is not real. According to Florida Statute 790.25, without a permit the pistol must be securely encased or not readily accesable. Your comment about the 3 step rule is about your safety makes absolutely no sense, an unloaded firearm is an expensive paperweight. We have our freedom here in Florida. Don't ever get legal advice from cops.
