We ask more hip internal rotation from the front leg, get a greater stretch on that side glute and posterior hip capsule!

Cool, I had never thought about a side kettlebell swing. Thanks for sharing. I'm specifically looking for improving my hip mobility and strength, so this might become an addition to my workouts.

Yes! Mix it in, and notice if one side is harder to feel than the other. Give that side some extra attention.
