I wanted to Add. The Amazon Seller. Is a POS. When I started a return for the counterfeit item. The Amazon seller said the return can take 15-30 once it’s received. And they reserve the right to give a partial or Zero refund if they choose. Total B.S. this is a Tactic that other scammers have tried. Amazon needs to remove them as a seller.

fast was is to Mark the bottom dead center of the wheel on the ground. then roll the car forward 1 revolution till the wheel makes a full 360 Marl that location on the ground. You will need to take the end cap off the motor and make a mark on the motor. Count the amount of times the motor turns 360 in that space you marked with your wheels on the ground. you need 2 people to do this. The number of time your motor turns is the Gear raitio you have example if it turns 9.5 times you have a 9-1/2 to 1 gear raito

Hey Grant How do you like those progressive 416 shocks? I built a custom 100 amp hour lithium pack and put it over the front wheels. Now the rear suspension is rough because there's not enough weight in the back, I was wondering if those were 416 shocks would be a good remedy?

For the price of these Dyson lemons you would think that they would last for years with only minimum maintenance, But NO, if you read all the complaints about them it's constant maintenance and ongoing problems. I fixed all my Dyson problems by cutting my losses and throwing it in the trash bin, then I bought a Chinese stick vacuum which has been very reliable over the last two years with no problems, it was about one fifth of the cost of a Dyson lemon and I would advise everybody considering a new Dyson to do the same.

These Dyson vacuums have no end of problems, KZbin is full of videos outlining the faults in these lemons and how you have to go to the trouble of fixing manufacturing faults, the best way of fixing all the faults in Dyson vacuums is to throw them in the garbage bin and buy a reliable brand, there are plenty out there.

That’s a beautiful Car, nice work! I do have a question about LSV/NEV California law. If I upgraded my Gem to go 45-50 mph, am I breaking the law? Some say LSV’s are not allowed to go over 25 mph

Yay.. followed these instructions and fixed my DYSON.. can’t believe it.. I think it was cleaning the battery terminals that solved the problem!

This thing is amazing.... I own a 2012 e6 and Im slowly trying to upgrade everything. Im in downtown Dallas & it's a lot nicer to ride around downtown in one of these... a lot cheaper than any convertible I could ever buy😅. Where did you find the steering wheel? Im wondering if any steering wheel I buy will fit this Gem Cart. Id like to upgrade mine asap. Thanks in advance!

Leaf cells have been well documented that they start to fail or degrade. Better battery’s on the market now

These old GEMs are seriously up there on my list of favorite cars of all time. EVs without doors are so fun and liberating to drive. In my neck of the woods, NEVs were only allowed under an old government pilot program. You can't buy new ones, you can only buy, sell and register the ones that were registered in the province during the pilot program. They were rare to begin with, and ridiculously rare by the time I drove one in 2014 that belonged to my university. So many people took pictures and thought it was the coolest thing.

First set of codes is the charging Algorithm. Second is battery connection codes. Either not connected or dead low voltage batts.
