I use Chrome... I switched to edge just to see if it might work, but nothing happens... any Idea why that happens?

I am assuming with the document link part it is associating the customers email address, the word invoice and the invoice number to pull that document. Is this correct or do you have to link the document to the customer prior to being able to do this?
