Mark Lewis changed my life. His videos are absolutely TOP notch. The work he puts into his product is obvious by how great it comes out. I'm a 62 yo American female who happened to catch one of his 'above average' videos and for some reason it spoke loudly to me. I went from unable to get to the end of my driveway without panting to running 2-4 miles 95% of the days. My health stats are phenomenal, my mental health is better than ever. Thank you for helping to spread his message. Just be 'above average'. Love it. Love him.

Mark is an amazing advocate for what everyone should aspire to, which is watch what you eat, move more and work to be above average. Walk more, cycle more, run more, batch cool for the week instead of takeaway as it's healthier and cheaper.

I agree with Mark on how social media makes it seem like more people post-covid are at the gym trying to better themselves. When it is an illusion. I think changing the status quo is to encourage friends and family to exercise more. Bespoke to each person’s situation. Whether it is ‘Dad you need to walk more’ to ‘my friend you will love lifting weights’. We can change it by helping the people around us.

Stewart Lee is so funny, he will do an hour sketch which is just 3 20 minute seemingly disparate rambles then tie it off by connecting it all. He's still funny too, not as dark as he used to be but still my favourite comedian. I find it really inspiring seeing people go from below average to actually excelling. I saw a video on the running channel and someone made the comment that none of the presenters are relatable because they are too good at running. And i was thinking actually TRC has always made an effort to have a broad range of presenters, but some of them due to their environment have become amazing. Sarah is a beast at the marathon now but she wasn't always.
