What about the part in the test where it says, for the third bullet point, that the piece in question lacks SERIOUS literary, artistic, political, or scientific value? It seemed that your presentation left out the "serious" clause to this.

Well there is an obvious problem that emerges...a term might be 2 years/6 years but they can run as many times as they desire, unlike the president. The House should at least have term limits to prevent "career politicians" and uphold the original ideals of them representing the people. If they were not so concerned about constantly being reelected to keep a paycheck they might work more efficiently knowing it isn't a permanent stay.
