It started out as my own personal home and I kept good credit, invested back into my home, paid it off, moved out, rented it and bought another home. The money I made off the first home. I paid off the second home and now I'm onto my third rental property. I live in the East Coast. I tutor online to students on the West Coast. I'm working on being a remote online professor at a college teaching teachers in my profession. I drive Uber. I have an invention patent that I'm working on, a non profit business I'm working on. Your pay is seed money. Take your money work within your domain, your God given gift, sow that seed into your domain and God will give you insight on how to do and gain more with what you have. You just can't get tired, you can't give up, . Every person who has lots of money they work over time. Sometimes day and night.

They even pay well just to house sit or watch their dogs. Don't knock any profession. A job at Waffle House is a great side hustle if you need a night time job and it pays towards your Social Security. In 2024 multiple streams of income is important. Having your hands in all streams of income is smart. Let's stop being gossipers of bad news doing the devil's work and let's start being kingdom builders and uplifting each other

No take your 9-5 money and create more income... Build a business, side hustle, find residual income. Invest, get a roth account, 401K...a 9-5 nowadays isn't enough. Multiple streams of income has to be the thought pattern. Stop being comfortable push for more

@@esfbse8347 yes!!! It's not hard to push for more in 2024. You can work a 9-5 in person and have an online business going at the same time. Or own a piece of equipment to rent out, it's so many ways to have multiple streams of income. Being complacent isn't enough in 2024. The world is small now because of technology and people want to travel the world and leave behind legacies for their children and grandchildren. A 9-5 barely pays all your bills. So how far is it going to stretch you? Most importantly it's easy to invest in 2024 your knowledge should have expanded on all of this is at your finger tips on the Internet
